Unlike other modular systems, PWS building systems offer architects, developers, and most importantly, consumers, unlimited design flexibility; a very unique characteristic. Pure Wood Solutions does not rely on a standardized modular system. Any dimensions given on plans submitted by a designer or architect can be met with individual panels as large as 10’x27’. In addition, any size door or window opening can be placed within these panels, and electrical chases for wiring can be placed for outlets and switches in any location.
The exterior can be clad with all conventional materials including wood siding, stucco, brick or stone. Wall thickness is flexible and often depends on insulation, sound attenuation, structural requirements or even aesthetic reasons. Interior walls and ceiling may be left natural or covered with plaster, paint, stain, special paneling or wall paper.
The design flexibility of PWS building systems provides the building industry with a system that can be used for both traditional and contemporary architecture. PWS building systems deliver nearly the same flexibility as stick built construction as well as all the benefits that come from factory precision and rapid assembly.
